Our Timetable

Offering over 10 unique sessions ranging from cardio, weights, circuit, and water classes experience the motivating alternative that are our group fitness classes. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve health, or to take your fitness to the next level as you prepare for a specific event, then we can help. We welcome all ages and fitness levels, and our group fitness classes ensure you’ll work at your own pace while being motivated and challenged by an experienced Personal Trainer.

Our friendly, fun and inspiring group environment is full of locals who are working toward a fitter and healthier lifestyle, just like you. Our timetable is updated regularly so please check back regularly for updates.

Please note: The Gym is unavailable to other patrons during the MHS class times - every day Monday to Friday at 11am to 12pm.

 

Our Classes


 
 

Aqua

Feel free in the water with a fun filled full body workout. No swimming ability required. Suitable for all fitness levels.

DWR (Deep water running)

Use as an accelerated training method, rehabilitation or as a non-impact workout to raise the heart rate and strengthen the body.

Gentle Aqua

Light easy movement with no impact. Perfect for rehab, loosening up and anyone who would like some gentle water exercise without the big crowds.

Boxfit

A high intensity boxing class that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscle strength and endurance.

Hit & Sweat

Boxing for fitness. Full body workout. No boxing experience required. MUST HAVE OWN GLOVES.

Youth Boxing

Created with both physical and mental health in mind in a fun environment where students can develop their technique, co-ordination, self-confidence, balance, foot work and fitness.

Lift

Lift is an invigorating workout that uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to give you a total body workout. Burn calories and improve your strength. Leave this class feeling challenged and inspired, ready to come back for more!

Suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced members.

Loaded

Less reps, heavier load, using dumbbells, kettlebells & barbells. Get the heart pumping and the muscles working.

X-Fit

Combines elements of boxing, strength training, functional movement and high-intensity interval training into a diverse and dynamic workout.

Boxing gloves are not required.

Core Fusion

Renee’s fusion of all things core - using a mix of weights, body weight, fitballs and small pilates balls for a fun and diverse core workout.

Body Blast

Hardcore, high intensity workouts designed by Jo, that takes everything to a new level.

Resistance

A mix of Suspension training, bands, balls and body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Circuit

Several exercises, targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between for maximum results. Our circuit class focuses on building muscular strength, and improving cardio fitness and agility.

Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members.

Fitball Core

While focussing on the core this workout engages all muscle groups providing a holistic full body workout. Improve core strength as well as better posture, enhanced balance and stability, flexibility, stress reduction and a fun workout which offers variety to your fitness routine.

Pilates

Join the Pilates Super star instructor Meaghan Twyford. Get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. Gain better posture and a better sense of well-being.

Small Ball Pilates

The small Pilates ball adds an element of fun to the workout. It increases the variety of exercises and adds instability to the body. The instability facilitates more activation of the core stabilising muscles.

POGA/Povitation

Pove’s Yoga and Pove’s Meditation. A great Yoga and Meditation class for all ages, learners and experienced, male or female. New participants, are most welcome but class spaces are limited, so please book in.

MHS Classes

Classes by referral only. Gym is unavailable to other patrons during the MHS class times - every day Monday to Friday at 11am to 12pm.
