CHRISTMAS HOURS
Dec 24th - Christmas Eve - closing early at 3pm
Dec 25th - Christmas Day = CLOSED
Dec 26th - Boxing Day = CLOSED
Dec 31st - New Years Eve - closing early at 3pm
Jan 1st - New Years Day = CLOSED
There will be no group fitness classes (gym and aqua) from the 23rd December - classes will return as normal on the 2nd January.
Please see the timetables on the group fitness door for changes to classes.

Monday to Thursday 6am to 7pm
Gym open at 5.30am
Friday 6am to 3pm
Gym open at 5.30am
Saturday 8am to 3pm
Sunday 8am to 3pm
Please note that the Gym is unavailable from 11am to 12pm Monday to Friday due to a class.
